Great place to relax in London. Warm welcome and care from the whole team, very pleasant ambience. The aromatherapy massage was fantastic and it was a surprise gift for my birthday. Alice is a very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent masseuse. I felt so comfortable and will definitely return on my next visit to London.

Lovely experience and very friendly staff, my friend also found it very relaxing. Will definitely go for longer next time. The only thing is, I would request is for the steam room to be super hot before entering. Looking forward to going back.
