Anju is amazing! I've never felt so relaxed and pampered. The staff and atmosphere, and facilities were fabulous. Highly recommend the steam temple!

Using treatwell enabled me to seamlessly find and book an experience for 4 people via email having never been to London that absolutely exceeded our expectations for a great afternoon - budget, location and experience were great. The spa and staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly, and the tea was delightful.

My boyfriend gave me this treatwell voucher as a present for my Birthday - it was the Steam Temple for two people.
I went there on a Sunday with a friend. The location was clean, the staff was friendly and nice. They have welcomed us with a drink and some fruit and they then showed us where to go and what to do.
Although, few things went wrong:
1) They have forgotten to action the steam - when we walked inside the little temple there was no steam. We had to go back to reception to ask if it was normal. They apologised saying they have forgotten to action the steam.
2) It took good 20 minutes before a little steam started to come out. By the time we have reached the end of the 45 mins treatment, we were barely sweaty and the temple did not feel steamy at all.
3) They have left two mask in there for us, in two little pots. The body mask was so thick that we could not even use it.
Overall, an over-priced experience. I would not do it again.
