Lovely therapist. She was professional and very pleasant. The massage and facial were were both excellent.
It would have been even better if the window was closed and some relaxing music played.
As it was, the noise of the traffic outside was very off putting and the car alarm that went off 4 times during my massage did nothing to enhance the experience. I know this is outside the control of the spa.
I needed a roll for under my knees but the therapist ' couldn't find it ' A support for under the boobs when lying face down would have been helpful also.
Overall, the treatments offered were well carried out but I , personally, prefer a more tranquil and quiet venue.
These small points make a big difference to the overall experience, especially when having the longer treatments of 90 mins.
The staff is friendly and understanding.
I tried a detox massage and it was a nice experience. However, I think I would go back to my deep tissue or hot stone massages instead as I like those.
I've spent a lot of time and money looking for somewhere to do my eyebrows. I used to spend loads on waxing in town when I worked in Soho. However, I wish I had just known about Spa Isha instead. The lady who does the threading is so gentle, professional, and proficient. I would happily pay double for her services.
Spa Isha is a real hidden gem in Hanwell. It's a proper spa with a spa feel hidden away in the health centre. If more people knew about this place, it would be the go to destination for a massage or therapy (and I can say this because I've used a lot of spas).
