I loved the ambiance: calm and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a good laugh with the lady doing my manicure. And the therapist knows his job: he took the time to explain my boyfriend's back problems and why and how to fix, etc...

a surprising little gem off Hanwell Broadway. once you are inside the hustle and bustle of the outside world disappears. Receptionist was lovely, as was my therapist Shaz who gave me an aromatherapy massage. i would have liked to have been offered a choice of essentials oils for my massage. the treatment rooms are beautifully decorated and fill your senses with lovely essential oil aromas, they are in the process of installing a shower area and a steam hut to relax in after treatments. a very clean and welcoming place to visit. i left feeling seriously relaxed and it took a while to adjust to the 'outside world'!
