This is the second time I have gone to this salon. The first time there was a mix-up and I got a 1 hour massage instead of the 1 hour 15 minute massage I had paid for. The owner contacted me and assured me I would get the 15 minutes with my next massage, which did happen with no problems, and I appreciate. However, the massage wasn't particularly focused and I wasn't asked what areas needed attention. Half the massage was spent on my legs even though I had knots in my back, shoulders, and neck and always request therapists to avoid my knees. I also had problems breathing on the massage table as my face is too small for the hole, meaning my throat was getting pressed or the skin on my forehead hurt. I kept clearing my throat and adjusting my head but there was no help offered, such as a towel to make the hole smaller or something to rest my face on. I really do want to like this salon, as the ambiance is beautiful and the owner very nice and responsive, but after these two less-than-great treatments plus being sent downstairs to wait at the optometrist office because the massage therapist had locked the doors (meaning I had to call the phone number to find out if my massage was even happening and if someone was there)...I'm sorry to say I will not be coming here again.

Great ambience, welcoming atmosphere and happy with the treatment . I had a facial and awarding 4 stars . Like I have seen at other places in the area, it would be good if they include head or shoulder massage for the duration when the mask is left on which is anywhere between 10-20 minutes depending on the duration of the facial or the time it takes to dry.

I've been for threading a number of times at Spa Isha. I absolutely love their work. The place is really nice and the staff are really good.
I was a bit shy about the facial but it was the best experience I've had in a while. My massage was above and beyond what I expected. There was no upselling, no pressure, just a great facial and a fantastic massage.
I will be back and I will be buying gift vouchers for friends in future.
