Spa is very impressive - but almost a little clinical. Staff were very friendly and massage was great but....I had a male therapist and I'd normally expect some check that that's not a problem in advance. He was lovely and the massage was good but I would have preferred a female therapist but didn't have the opportunity to communicate this.

When arrived they didn't find my booking. It took three staff members huddled round the computer searching.

Unfortunately, the hotel got our dates mixed up so we were unable to have any of our treatments. This ruined our stay.
Easywell Manor spa is fabulous the staff were excellent and facilities that have all been recently upgraded were top notch, a very relaxing place to have a spa day. The overall rating is only low as my booking through Treatwell was not registered with the spa, luckily the staff were helpful and had space to accommodate us, but it was not the relaxing start to the day you want.
