I distinctly made it CLEAR that this was a gift for my husband and his main goal was to relax. IT was absolutely AWFUL and quite the opposite. Later on that evening, he could not sleep complaining that his massager, dug hard into his skin, pressed her knee and feet into his back and pressed HARD on his head causing him pain in the back of his head and inability to sleep that night. I want compensation or a full refund for the pain you caused my husband.
