We wanted a relaxing time and that is exactly what we got. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel very quiet and we were looked after very well. The food was great. The spa and treatments were excellent, only issue was the pools of water outside the steam rooms, which was a little slippery.
On arrival we found the check in staff very friendly although our room was in desperate need of refurbishment the spa facilities were ok pool and jacuzzi were cold, restaraunt , food and staff were very good the bar is small and lacks a bit of atmosphere maybe some soft music? Breakfast was very good as were the staff.
I really enjoyed my time at spa, staff were friendly & treatments were nice very relaxing experience.
