My daughter and I had a fabulous,relaxing time as a special birthday treat. The deal gave us really good value for money with first rate facial, manicure and massage. The lunch was very tasty with a varied selection to tempt all tastes. For those who like coffee, Lavazza is served in the spa, complimentary on arrival. The staff are very friendly and obliging. I'm sure we'll be going again.
It was great value for money (we booked the Indulgence Spa Day). Five of us went and all enjoyed it. We had facials and back, neck and shoulder massages. My massage wasn't firm enough for me but the others said their's were perfect and firm so if I went again I would make sure I request it as I wasn't asked how I like my massages. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the place itself is lovely and well set out.
Lovely spa - the bento box lunch was lovely, pool area is nice and clean. Thermal area is very nice with a wide variety of sauna/steam rooms.
The treatments were great - I went with a friend and we were able to use s double room. Suzanne and Beth did our treatments - highly recommend.
Very good value for money was pleasantly surprised at quality of day, lovely lunch included would Definately go again
