We were booked in for our treatments at 4pm and areived at the spa reception ready and were told that our appointment was at 3.30pm when i booked the treatments I had asked for 4pm. We were told that someone else had taken our time slot, we waited around for what felt a very long time my girlfriend went in for her treatment and I was waiting a further 10-15 mins To have my treatment. We will not be using this hotel again and prob not another mecure spa break. The bed was uncomfy children running around knocking on people's doors and running off. I am really disappointed in my stay Our dinner took a while to arrive and my girlfriends was cold and didn't taste right

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and there if you needed them. Room was very good and well appointed. Food at the restaurant was very nice and prices for drinks were not over the top. Spa facilities were great, various steam / sauna rooms as described. Treatment was very good. Possible issue in very warm weather would be lack of air con in the room but other than that, great. Would definitely consider visiting again.
