I went with a friend for the night. We had a great time the spa treatment was great and the staff were really helpful.
Lovely spa experience. Food amazing. Rooms were a little tired but clean. Overall we had an excellent stay.
Pool area and reception team very good. Was slightly dissatisfied that the actual massage was a little confusing (informed should have read small print) and on arrival the team within the therapy area looked bored! The meet and greet was very poor. Shame really. The venue is very beautiful and it was a special event but therapy area lacked friendliness. I felt it was not worth the money on this occasion. I usually purchase decleor gift boxes on leaving but didn't bother.
