Staff are amazing! So friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms could be updated but the customer service provided demolished the thought.

Perfect relaxing weekend for me & the girls. The spa was lovely, as were most of the staff in the hotel. Great value for money; the spa facilities were great, the treatments very effective and the meal in the restaurant also great.

I’m fuming. As I rang on the day they couldn’t fit us in treatments together so I asked for a credit note or a refund Treatwell sAid it was up to the dunkenhaugh again that was Tuesday it s Thursday today and I’ve heard nothing 110 pound for nothing they got I will be deleting the treatwell app and I will never set foot in the dunkenhaugh again be warned
