Myself and my 2 daughters we very impressed and will most certainly return at a later date. Staff were very polite and helpful....Thank you for a lovely day.
The spa facilities were fantastic and we were meant to feel welcome from the outset. I had a back and shoulders massage and facial as treatments and both were delivered well. I would have enjoyed greater attention with the facial however since I felt at times it wasn't delivered 100%.
Pool area with sauna and steam room was enjoyable.
The venue was very relaxing. The spa staff and treatments wonderful
However the bar staff service dreadful. We had to ask for our lunch three times, although the spa staff had put our lunch request in. Finally lunch arrived and was excellent. No desert, again had to ask bar staff. Unfortunately the bar staff let the spa down badly!! Sadly all they have to do is take the orders to the kitchen. All other staff brilliant hope the manager sorts out staff. A training issue here !
I booked myself in for a neck, shoulder and back massage and it was amazing! One of the best I've had! My daughter also had a pedicure and she was thrilled with the results. All the staff were extremely friendly and approachable..highly recommend ☺️
