The room was lovely as we had s fsbukoud upgrade. The relaxation room was also amazing and the products were lovely. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. However, my therapist spoke to me throughout what I was hoping to be a relaxing massage and I had booked an additional treatment which I didn't have as they didn't record the booking when I made it Also, the food was awful i had fish. It was such a tiny size that I was shocked, two mouthfuls. The restaurant was understaffed in the night although the staff were very polite and helpful - especially our wonderful waiter Bailon, who was the dinning experience' only saving grace. Would not return.
Had to wait an hour for the room and then it was 2 singles not a double. This was corrected and we were given a bottle of prosecco. Pool wasn't very warm but more importantly the jucuzzi was not very hot either. Our room was cold at night and I as given a small heater by reception and told there was something wrong with the heating. My mum who had paid for the visit complained to management who said the heating was ok but they would monitor it for any intermittent problem. They offered me a free upgrade should I return but since I cannot afford to, this does me no good. It was a birthday treat for me and my husband and was a little disappointing
Pleasant stay. Good value for money! Friendly & professional staff. Enjoyed treatments and useful aftercare given. Would definitely return :)
The best spa experience that I have had. The relaxation room was amazing, the spa dining room was lovely with a good range of dishes to choose from. The therapist with whom I had my treatments (Avril) immediately put me at ease, went the extra mile on each treatment and took amazing care of myself and my friend all day. The spa is beautiful and I will definitely go back.
The staff were really polite and friendly. Only draw back was steam room wasnt working. Food was amazing.
