My boyfriend and myself had a great time on the Two Night Wellness Spa break. It was extremely good value for money; spa facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and large pool) and two treatments we each had (1 per person, per day!!) were absolutely brilliant, there was plenty of food which was of a really high standard and the 'standard double room' was massive (it had a lounge area, desk area, king sized bed, the bathroom had a bath and separate shower). The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and decorated to a really high standard, the bar/restaurant area loads of nice seating areas too. The gym was fully equipped and the staff at the spa provided towels and robes each time you used the spa facilities. Would definitely recommend this deal!!
Floor of locker area was dirty as people coming in with outdoor shoes and wet feet from pool. Offer included 2 treatments but could only do one at 11.30am & one at 6pm which was a bit ridiculous. Ended up having only one treatment with a voucher for another. Waited nearly an hour for lunch when we were told 20 minutes and when it came it was practically burnt to a crisp. When I complained to a member of staff he just shrugged. Beds in relaxation room had used blankets on them so we sat on the sofa. Coffee table in front of sofa was full of used glasses and cups. My granddaughters back massage was fine but mine lasted less than 20 minutes when it should have been 25 minutes and to be quite frank I've had better massages from my cat.

Loved the experience from start to finish room was so big, treatment which was back massage was fab was gutted when it was over. Food was lovely! Throughly recommend it to everyone. I would go back Tomorow if I could,
