I would highly recommend the Mercure Hotel Spa to anyone. From beginning to end it was a lovely day. All staff were welcoming and friendly. We weren't rushed at all, could take as long as we liked using facilities. Treatment were fab as was the food. I will definitely be going again.
Jacuzzi still being repaired apart fro that I would recommend ,don't go on the weekend as to many hen parties to noisy whilst relaxing in the relax area they have no consideration for anyone chilling out in this area .Go in the week
Overall, a good day, but my 30 minute facial was actually only 15 minutes which was disappointing. I was collected 10 minutes late and then the beautician disappeared for another 5 minutes but the treatment still finished on time.
Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working which is the main thing I like at the spa, they did let us know before hand but nothing offered for this inconvenience. Also the description of a pedicure is not what the treatment is. It's basically a shape and paint not a pedicure which was very disappointing for my mum birthday present.
