Possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had, and I've had plenty. The girl doing my pedicure was absolutely lovely but clearly lacked skill and professionalism. My feet were worst off after the pedicure than before - she had used a buffer on the sole on my feet but probably not the right way leaving my sole hard in certain areas. Not the usual soft supple feel you get after a good scrub. In all fairness her foot massage was great, although that was merely an extra keeping in mind I wanted a good pedicure for summer toes. The paint job was terrible to say the least, only plus was I got to keep the nail polish she used; so I could retouch them at home myself. Would definitely not recommend, would do just the opposite!
We arrived in the morning and as we had missed breakfast asked to get a morning meal they were very helpful and it was great. I Think the whole place was set up so well, it was very relaxing and would go again. Thank you for giving the money off this spa day xx
Really enjoyed the Rejuvenate Spa Day. Upgrade my lunch by paying the £2 extra to have spaghetti carbonara which was lovely. There were refurbishments on when I was there which was a tad annoying as you could hear banging and screwing with a power drill through out the day which was disappointing as it made the day not as relaxing as it could've been.
Holland House, Cardiff, is the best spa I've been to. The service, cleanliness and professionalism are all 5 stars in my book!
The best spa day I've ever had. The facilities were so relaxing and therapeutic. Would definately recommend. Spent a full day there and paid extra to have lunch which was really good value ( bought this separately, didn't pay extra £10 on package, this worked out better value).
