Staff very friendly and treatments were also very enjoyable, however jacuzzi out of order on arrival, afternoon tea arrived 30mins late after it was supposed to (arrived at 1:30pm not 1:00pm) resulting in us rushing it down to get to our first treatment at 2pm, left feeling a little sick whilst having massage. Afternoon tea very basic and some of the sandwiches/rolls were hard to the touch meaning the bread had clearly been sat out a while. Pool area and facilities looked quite old and dated. Relaxation room was pleasant very nice to chill in.
Perfectly located hotel for shopping in cardiff followed by relaxtion in the Spa. We had dinner, bed and breakfast - the food, facilities and service were all first class!
Disappointing day. Freezing cold, facilities out of use and served out of date food. Have emailed complaint to Treatwell but nobody has responded.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities,. Our meal was lovely and the spa experience was great. Close to all the shops and nightlife. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
