Wonderful spa weekend, great food, lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff. The only negative thing was most of the lockers in the ladies changing room didn't work, but apart from this I was very impressed and would definitely visit again.
I booked a spa break for my partners 30th.
From the time I phoned up and spoke to Georgia (from the spa) I knew I was booking the right place. She filled me with confidence and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a women at the front desk that checked us in and directed us to our room, made us feel welcomed.
James from the spa - Awesome guy- great knowledge of the spa treatments.
Dennis from the restaurant- Amazing service
Matthew at the Urban bar- great service.
I would recommend this to everyone.
