Had an excellent stay at Ardoe, food, hotel, room and hotel staff were all faultless. Really lovely hotel. However booked this specifically with the spa in mind and were disappointed to find out at the spa that the pool/sauna facilities were unavailable that day. The spa reception staff were very rude and offered no explanation, apologies or suggestions. They seemed very immature and had a bit of an attitude. The spa treatment was lovely but it wasn’t quite as enjoyable as it would’ve been with the whole relaxing atmosphere of a spa.

The spa treatment from Stephanie was outstanding, she is such a good therapist. The whole break was relaxing but we should have taken full advantage of the pool, etc but unfortunately we were in the shops too long!
