Very relaxing with polite friendly professional staff, treatments were great
A very pleasant and relaxing day. Treatments were excellent and staff very professional.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful but the facilities here are a little outdated and in need of an update. There were not any hooks for towels when showering or going to the toilet for example. The pool and sauna areas functioned well but look tired and in need of an update. The facial was excellent.
My mother and I both thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience. After booking for the start of the year, it was cancelled on the day. However we booked another day later in the year with no problems. The massages we had were great and the staff were very welcoming. We did not expect the pool to be as big as it was so we were pleasantly surprised, especially as it was being used by quite a few others too. It would have been nice to have an alcoholic drink as part of the experience with the lunch but overall we cannot fault our experience☺️
Overall impression was very good. If steam room had some aromatherapy oils diffused it would have been perfect
