We enjoyed our visit and would recommend to family and friends. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. A great treat.
Was disappointed to find the relaxation room has been turned into a couples treatement room. After our relaxing massage we could only go back through to the pool area which was noisy and busy or sit in the reception area.
Staff went beyond of duties, very nice and pleasant with all. Great asset for this place in my opinion, happy to be back again. Thanks, Luz
Had a great day with friends, changing rooms a bit small everyone clambering to get a space only 2 cubicles to change in. Booked a back massage & pedicure ,but was disappointed that I only got a file & polish ! Think they need to clarify what a pedicure is . I had an indulgence spa day voucher.
Had a great day, staff were a little rushed off their feet in the morning but the afternoon staff were excellent, very accommodating. The pool is a good size and tempeture and water quality checks were made am and pm. A wide range of treatments available with lovely products used. The gym is well equipped and modern. The robes, towels, slippers etc were good quality. Lunch was very tasty and a wide range of drinks were offered too. There were baby swimming lessons on during the afternoon which didn't really bother us but if you want total relaxation check there are no classes on before you book. Would definately go again.
