Staff at reception desk had a wee bit of an attitude on her and the place needs a wee bit of upgrading, it feels like it has seen better days, however, lovely dream tents felt very relaxed afterwards!
amazing rooms and would love to see there premium rooms. On the night of our stay however the hotel suffered a power failure which in the end lasted 15 hours starting at about 10:30pm the staff were very good about this and we were kept informed about what was happening but alas the spa was closed on the following morning when we had booked some treatments. there was no option so we just checked out early as there was nothing anyone could do about this. they took note of my phone and email and said they would be in touch as soon as possible about a refund for treatments missed, as promised later that day we heard from the manager and were very pleased with the offer that was put to us. we are now looking forward to visiting again and hopefully enjoying our treatments in the spa,
If the hotel staff read this i would like to point out that the path leading to the spa was very water logged with the heavy rain a bit more gravel should resolve this issue.
