The lady on reception was lovely and very accommodating.... spa got really busy so wasn’t very relaxing and also quite a few things in the spa didn’t work so that was a bit of a let down

Overall a good value spa, a bit small and loud but reasonably priced.

Very basic spa, small pool in a very dark area and the massage wasn’t working. Very small sauna and steam room.

Experience was okay, dining restaurant was very cold. We had 2 people from our group injured in the spa facilities. Staff was friendly but I was told I would have a cake sent up to my room as I was celebrating my birthday this did not happen.
