An absolutely wonderful experience. Care and professionalism throughout the staff in the hotel. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Period.
Only small qualms I could have was with the shuttle service, where the driver said he would take us where we wanted to go that day in the shuttle but did not mention we would be paying taxi fare till halfway through the journey. Also I'd like to say the minibar was lovely but for those who dont drink wine and beer there wasn't much in the realms of choice. Perhaps a cider would have completed it. And finally the bathroom TVs were not working that night. But your staff kindly offered us another room but it was quite late in the evening so we thankfully declined.
To all the staff at the hotel, restaurant and spa, thank you for a wonderful weekend that myself and my partner will never forget. We hope to come back soon.
Although I wasn't overwhelmed by the facilities, my massage by therapist Brenda was fantastic and the staff were very lovely. I wanted a good deal on the overall spa experience and don't think it was great value for money.
Spa was very lovely but very small and there is only one toilet and two showers which isn’t very good.

Afternoon tea was a disappointment as firstly no one told us we had to get dressed before going up to the restaurant and then secondly no one at the restaurant asked us any questions about our dietary requirements and bought out Sandwiches with meat with out asking any questions,but i am a vegetarian so i wasnt impressed.

Took my daughter for a birthday treat and we both had an excellent day. Lovely fluffy robes, slippers and towels awaited us.The staff were really helpful and friendly. We had a back massage and full manicure and were delighted with both. Enjoyed the relaxation area and the additional complimentary herbal teas and dried fruit and nuts, as well as the usual water, was a lovely touch. Lunch was arranged in the bar upstairs overlooking the river and heliport - we enjoyed it so much we stayed on after our day for cocktails and dinner! The spa itself is small which was fine for us as it was quiet - not so sure what it would be like in busy times.
