Beautiful, ambient and restful
Really great facilities and service. Would definitely recommend this spa!
I had an eyebrow waxing and it was a diaster. the eyebrows now are completely uneven and the left eyebrows looks that it has been burnt ! won't go back for eyebrow waxing there

Nice place overall. CleanISH.
The staff in the spa were very friendly and welcoming! Really nice. The treatments were also lovely - I had 25 min massage and 25 min facial and both were really great. The rooms for massages are warm and comfy and nice, and they used nice products. But overall it wasn’t a good experience. The facilities are very run down for the price of the spa and I wish I’d skipped the afternoon tea completely! In the spa there is Lots of “wear and tear” and things looking worn out e.g. missing tiles, lots of limescale in multiple places and noticed some mould too around the pool edge too. It either needs new fixtures and fittings or a total deep clean. The overall finish didn’t seem very nice eg random cut hose with no shower head in the “experience showers”, random plug on the floor. There was very little water coming out of the tropical showerhead in those showers, taps were very stiff to turn as the appeared worn out / limescaled and all the indications of temperature had worn off, is it was a gamble. The seats were not heated (as described on the sign) for the “foot spa” - which was simply just a sink with a tap that you could put your feet in on the floor. There was also a big bin inside the spa with the lid open and the bin bag hanging out, which wasn’t exactly a nice view from the sauna, plus a fly in the water jug in the changing room. It all just felt like it needed a total revamp to be honest! The sauna was nice. The machines in the hydro pool were good - although the pool was cold to get in, even though the sign said it was meant to be 32degrees. I only stayed about 10minutes for the afternooon tea once it arrived - service was terrible - very slow, they were confused/ didn’t know about my reservation, didn’t know what I meant when I asked for tea options (came back with suggestion I have earl grey or peppermint, when there had been about 6 different teas on offer on the spa) the mezzanine where it’s served is tired in decor, smelt musty and we also weren’t allowed on the balcony even though the sun was shining. My glass was all water marked so seemed unclean. Staff were confused by everyone’s orders (wandering around with food, disagreeing with eachother about orders and location of tables) and one waiter came over with the afternoon tea stand and asked me “are you waiting for this?”. I replied that I had no idea if it was mine or not! The scones were tasty but the rest of the food was not nice, the bread was stale on some of the sandwiches. The chef and waiting staff also had an argument about tickets in the restaurant in front of everyone whilst I was there too. There was no ‘check back’ so no opportunity to discuss this with any staff. To note - you also have to get dressed and leave the spa for the tea, which is in the main hotel restaurant. Although the treatments were lovely, I was disappointed with everything else and would not return
