The treatment rooms and staff were lovely. Overall our treatments took about 2 hours which seemed excellent value compared to other spa days we have done. We all thoroughly enjoyed our body massage and facial. The only down side was several broken machines in the gym, broken spa pool and the lounge when you had lunch and waited for your treatment was used by everyone, including young families from the hotel and gym , passing through and for lunches. Felt a little self conscious in our robe and slippers.
A wonderful, luxury pamper day which I would recommend to anyone! I took my mother in law for her 80th birthday present and she thoroughly enjoyed it and hasn't stopped talking about it and telling everyone! We will be back. In May I think for my Birthday!

The treatments were really relaxing and well delivered by Laura. The pool is a good swimmers space not just a dip pool. Good temperature and ambience. Once the new jacuzzi is working It will be hard to fault.
