Overall the visit was lovely. Treatments and staff during treatments were nice although no water offered after massages. Staff during lunch in the bar were shocking. Told them we had treatments booked for 3pm when we entered at 2pm, shocking service and food didnt arrive for over an hour, ended up being left with our friend. Evening meal service and food was amazing until we asked a young man for the drinks bill and received a large tut from him before he went to get it. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working and we were not told about it in advance! All that said I would recommend this hotel and would visit again, probably partly due to 2 members of staff who I cannot speak highly off, Ian the waiter and Lyn in the pool, their friendly chatter over ruled the negatives of the visit.
