Fantastic offer, friendly staff, pleasant rooms, the potential is staggering, however disappointing leisure facilities, clean but very much outdated which was a let down. The spa treatments were great and the staff we encountered were lovely.
We both had facials, & back neck & shoulder massage. Both treatments were excellent. The only negative thing was, it was cold in the treatment rooms. The therapist's were very professional.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool & sauna, but we intend to return & use all the facilities there.
I was very disappointed, facilities are very poor and the treatments were of a poor standard. There was spilt products around the washbasin in the beauty room. Children were in the pool, I didn't want this on a spa day. it was a waste of money.
Great Spa break. Relaxing back massage, great big room, good choice of breakfast and really good value for the money. We will be revisiting the experience shortly.

Jacuzzi didn't work. Saunas in separate changing rooms so you can't sit in as a couple.
Had to ask for towels and robes not offered them.
Twin beds not a double.Hotel charge £8 per night to park in the hotel car park even if you are staying there!!!
Communal areas well
Kept but room was tired and old fashioned.
