Excellent spa break. Fantastic value for money. We were made to feel very welcome by friendly, helpful staff. The food was fabulous. The hotel is truly majestic with its chandeliers and pillars, just five minutes walk from the centre of beautiful Harrogate.

The spa facilities were virtually non-existent with a sauna placed in the changing rooms. The food included in the deal was unsatisfactory; some cold, all arriving at different times, some not as described on the menu. In addition to this they tried charging us double the supplements we actually had. Finally, the accommodation was OK but not 4 star; no water in rooms or fridge and threadbare furniture. I'm not usually one to complain but this deal really didn't seem value for money
