Therapist arrived literally 40 mins late. She apologised, but then had the nerve to charge me extra for "doing a good job" (it was average!). My booking was £42 via Treatwell but she charged £65 in end. She also launched in with chin and eyebrow wax, which I didn't book or ask for and then charged for it - really?! At least do it on the house after a 40 min wait! I chose to pay at salon to support independent business. In exchange I got taken for a ride. Won't do that again!

tried the salon for a cut so be how dry the first time I was extremely happy. I had lots of compliments. the second time root retouch with cut and blow dry. happy with the result
