Lovely people and nice environment. Pedicure was good and relaxing. I changed my gel manicure to a more expensive SNS manicure as i have been getting this in other salons for over 18 months and have had fantastic experience, nails grow and SNS lasts over 4 weeks. Unfortunately at Sparkle this was not the case, had to visit over 4 times over a period of a week and a half because the vanish kept coming off, and in the process of coming off it would break my nails. Had lost 4 nails in that timeframe and has also made all my nails extremely weak, in difference to the 18 month experience i had had with SNS, this was disappointing. Staff were nice and kept refilling, but does not fix the broken nails or the time it takes to go back every time.

You get what you’re paying for here..decent enough gel manicure but staff barely speak English, they seem to be using cheap products and it’s a generally bad atmosphere.
