I have been here a couple of times and had a good experience but today as terrible. The guy asked what shape, I said round and a bit shorter than now. He snipped them randomly with clippers then brushed quickly with a file. I assumed he was going to sort the shape later but was about to paint, I had to point out what a mess they were. He did some more filing, but two still had actual corners! I said again and he got rid of the pointy corners, but the shape is still terrible. I admitted defeat. With the colour, it was a new pot. He didn’t shake it. Some brushes just had the clear liquid, some were really dark. My nails were significantly difference colours. I pointed this out, and the lady next to me said it was because I had a different number of coats. But I had THREE coats on them all. I suggested he shake the pot. The colour was then more even, but I then ended up with about 5 coats of heavy polish that not surprisingly couldn’t dry. He also smudged one and fixed it y just adding more varnish, and it looks a mess. Already, 2 have peeled off. All in all, a disaster. Not happy.
