If I could give this 0 starts I would. Booked an appointment but my treatment didn’t start until almost an hour later despite me asking and being told it would be just one minute. Other people also lied to about the wait time. No apology. Once the manicure did start it was super rushed, didn’t feel like any care was put into it.
