Okay, but the appointment was with someone else who I hadn’t booked with. After filing, technician brushed the dead skin into a grate used for other people’s filings that hadn’t been cleaned since the last person, then used the same brush to do my other hand without cleaning it.

The treatment itself was ok there are some corners of my nails that have been missed. But most annoying was I had an appointment but there was no staff ready for me, I had to wait 20+ mins!
