Hollywood wax with her and Daniela was professional and meticulous. Very clean yet comfortable and spacious treatment room. She's friendly in that pleasant and natural sort of way. The treatment was thorough - she even invited me to look with her to ensure every hair was gone. It's never painless (as we know) but her technique kept pain to the very minimum. I have to say she's the second best beautician I have ever been to. I count myself luck to have found her. You won't regret it!!

I loved the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, I felt welcome and the room was warm and clean. However it does not look great from outside, the clinic is in the basement below a dental clinic. When you get downstairs you get to a super small corridor with doors to a few rooms. However I do not mind it as the rest was great and it is a really good value for money. It's been a few weeks after the treatment now and I feel I got much better results than in my previous clinic.

I'm just so SO happy with the the results of my tattoo removal, I'm only 4 sessions in and it's almost gone! Not to mention daniella has really looked after me through the whole process, she's such a warm and wonderful person and she has made the whole experience as nice and relaxing as it possibly can be. I'm so pleased I met daniella, as I hated my tattoos, and having them removed has changed my life! I also saw Dr Tatiana and had Some filler in my lips, she has done the most beautiful job also.
