Gone downhill! I went for a colour, but my records weren’t checked correctly, so colours weren't right - one was bleach, which I had no idea about! I was offered some darker colour back through my hair, but was advised separately by two other colourists not to do this & to use a toner instead. I was refused a refund. It was apparently my fault for not knowing specific colours & saying, “same as last few times”. Positives - my baby was with me & cried a bit but the staff were lovely about it!
