My appointment was delayed by 30 min upon arrival, although they had my number and could've called me before I arrived. The haircut was average, didn't cut all of the fringe and I had to trim small parts later which hadn't been combed through and cut in the salon. The only plus was that the staff were lovely.
Great service at the salon in terms of the treatments but was a lot of confusion surrounding the Treatwell booking. I received a called an hour before the scheduled appointment to say they were not able to accommodate me. The booking system was not in sync with the app. Thankfully they did manage to fit me in but there was also confusion around the price quoted on the app and the cost at salon.
