Wasn’t quite sure what I wanted so asked for advice which was great and I’m really happy with my haircut! Also the finish was great as she spent some time curling and putting products on my hair.

Gone downhill! I went for a colour, but my records weren’t checked correctly, so colours weren't right - one was bleach, which I had no idea about! I was offered some darker colour back through my hair, but was advised separately by two other colourists not to do this & to use a toner instead. I was refused a refund. It was apparently my fault for not knowing specific colours & saying, “same as last few times”. Positives - my baby was with me & cried a bit but the staff were lovely about it!
