I thought the staff were all so friendly, for the first time visiting they all remembered my name and referred to me by name as they looked at the booking prior to me arriving instead of asking me. Made me feel comfortable. I had a curly blow dry the experience was nice but the curles didn’t stay in as long as they should have.

My Thursday appointment was cancelled a couple of hours before. I was offered Friday instead and then that was cancelled too. Which meant no haircut for my 40th birthday celebrations. Really put a dampener on it.
