Asked for a colour 7 on my roots, to match the rest of my hair, and they added red to it without consent. The cut was not straight. Kat needed to be somewhere so I agreed to wait until the Tuesday, cancelled my plans over the weekend and work meetings due to embarrassment with the state of my hair. I was text on Tuesday afternoon to say the stock delivery was delayed and could I move it to Thursday, I wasn’t able to, no refund given only unprofessional rude text responses! Astonishing service!
