Sophie is an experienced Sports massage therapist with knowledge in sports injuries, increasing range of motion and flexibility, trigger point therapy as well as other elements of massage such as aromatherapy and relaxation. She offers 60 and 90 minute sessions, a great way to help with flexibility and recovery from training. She has previously worked in Australia Switzerland and London with a range of clients who mostly live an active lifestyle or suffer from chronic pain. Her sessions aim to get her clients performing at their best in everyday life.
