I had an excellent experience at Spirit and Sport Massage. Sophie listened to my background and asked lots of questions to gain an accurate understanding. She provided information and reassurances. The massage was very enjoyable, I felt immediate benefit in painful areas and Sophie provided me with advice to help improve the issues going forward. Sophie is charming and professional and I would confidently recommend Spirit and Sport Massage to those looking for a treatment.
