This was the best sports massage I have had in Glasgow in the last 5 years. The therapist was knowledgeable and skilled, and they were able to target the areas where I was experiencing tension and discomfort. The pressure was just right and I feel so much better after the session. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Spirit and Sport Massage to anyone looking for a great sports, or deep tissue, massage.
