I went for a Hollywood (Hot wax) however the hot wax was cold so I was given a strip wax instead!! Although it's not the employees fault and they were lovely staff but still not the best experience....

Ana the beautician is an absolute dream. I've had bad waxes in the past, but Ana makes you feel so comfortable and is so meticulous with her work! She's now my go-to lady, which in turn reflects wonderfully on the salon.
