My visit was very nice. I had the job done fast, quite painless and clean so that all that matteres for me . I think I will come back next month again!

This was the 5th wax I've had done at this salon and have posted nothing but 5* reviews about the 4 previous. I was told Clara was going to be doing my wax (who I've had before and was very happy with) but it wasn't and no one mentioned this at the door, nor did she introduce herself. At no point throughout the time did I feel at all comfortable with her which is quite important when your having something that is quite exposing of yourself. I tired to mention that I would like to only have the hot wax and to avoid the strips as I don't react well to them but she couldn't understand me. I paid for an expensive 30min Hollywood and that's definitely not what I got. I arrive at the clinic at 11.40 and left at 11.50 which is not enough time for anyone to do a full Hollywood well. I tired to mention this at the door but the lady seemed quite defensive. When I got home I realised what a poor job the beautician had done and felt quite let down after paying a lot of money for less than 10 mins work.

Manicure was great and looked fantastic. Clara who did my nails was friendly and did a great job and was really professional. Would, and have, recommended this place to others

Absolutely adore Clara, a perfect nail technician and waxing specialist. Clean room, lovely atmosphere and good value for money! Great!
