Always a great manicure by Clara. Had a few shellac appointments around the west end and they have been awful, i wouldn't go anywhere else I'm central London now. Excellent value.

I had the two week Shellac manicure. The treatment room was very small but clean. The manicurist was very nice and chatty. She did a great job and I was very happy with the results.

I went there for a massage at 4 o clock and reached 10 minutes early, The guy on the counter asked me to wait for 10 mins. When I remind him at 3.57, he asked me to be patient till 4 o clock and I was again 3 minutes earlier. I reached inside the therapy room at 4.05 and then the treatment started at 4.15 which finished at sharp 5.00 o clock. This way I lost 15 minutes of treatment time in reaching the room and stuff. This was disappointing however the therapist was ok.
