I went last night and had an amazing manicure by a lady called Raquelle. I've a number of manicures in the past but the one she did is the by far the best I've ever had! :-)

Very quick and efficient beauty therapist. Friendly staff always. Treatment was thorough and pretty pain free, I'd definitely recommend this venue for hair removal.

I don't usually post bad reviews, but my expectations were not too high for this place anyway, as I had booked it as a last minute deal for a discounted price, and was just wanting to relax after a stressful work day - however, I was still sorely disappointed. Thank goodness I hadn't paid the standard price!! The masseuse kept me waiting for 10 minutes, and then only gave me 45 mins worth of massage time? thoroughly bored throughout, and put minimum effort into the massage, despite my request for a firm massage. Also, I had booked a full body 1 hour massage - but she spent about 30 mins on the backs of my legs, and then did my back and shoulders, and that was it! No arms, hands or head, and I wasn't asked to turn over onto my back. There wasn't much of a massage technique to speak of either - to be honest, my boyfriend does a better job. In addition, the ambiance wasn't great - it was a TINY little room within the hairdressers. There was no dimmed lighting/ candles or no relaxing music at all - as you would expect from most spas and beauty salons, so you could only hear the sound of pop music and hairdryers blowing from the hairdressers. All very odd - however, I still would've been overlooked this had the actual massage been good. All in all, would avoid.

Great manicure, really thorough and the manicurist really took her time getting it right. My nails look great. Would go again.

I went for a Hollywood wax. It was a bit rushed but great value for money and I would go again.
