Staff were friendly but this was the least relaxing facial I've ever had. Loud music from the salon upstairs booms through the ceiling. Painful extraction and bright lights in your face. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great value for money. The venue is right in Charinh cross so central and easy to reach and it was open on Sunday, which was what I needed. The girl was very professional and the manicure result great. Only minor is that, differently from the other Splash salon where I normally go, the table for the manicure was in a small room underground and one of their staff was screaming outside the door so could hear everything and was not relaxing. I'm sure this was just a contingency and, given the value for money and quality of work, I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Pedicure took place in a tiny room downstairs from a hair dressers. You have to push past obnoxious stylist to get there. Room not fit for purpose. The chair reclines so you can't sit up straight which was disconcerting. It used a home foot spa that you can buy for less than the cost of the treatment. My feet has to rest on the woman's knees. It was painful at times. Used a foot scrub that you could buy for £2.99. Completely pointless. Substandard. They have no business offering this service.
