I was a little unsure as I entered Splash salon on Charing Cross Road - it was a busy hairdressers, and I couldn't see the beauty salon. However, downstairs, hidden below the hustle and bustle, there is a quiet room stocked high with beauty products, a bed and the friendliest beautician I've ever met. I felt completely at ease, the wax was painless and professional, and I think she did a great job. Will definitely be going back.

Great value shellac manicure in super central location for post work/pre outing top-up. Friendly staff but constantly revolving, and this time a touch rough and painful on the cuticle cut... won't stop me going back as trust Splash to improve.
