Great manicure, cool place and nice staff!

After being asked to arrive early for my appointment to have Shellac removed, I was left waiting for 10 minutes. Once in, the beautician was very friendly and had good tips on choosing colours.
The method for removing Shellac required me to dip my hands into acetone about 5 times each, followed by scraping of the polish in between - not ideal and took a long time.
Doing my cuticles, the girl was very rough. I advised in the beginning that my cuticles are sensitive and bleed if too rough. After the first cuticle bled, the lady kept saying I need to tell her that it was hurting - only thing being that she was so quick and rough that there was no time to let her know before another was left bleeding!
The job done was OK in the end.

Splash Charing Cross is so convenient if you work in the west end. Appointments can be hard to come by at lunchtimes but if you book a week or so in advance, you should be able to get one. Always good quality and a nice experience. I will definitely go back to this salon.
