Was my first time at Splash and availed their ladies haircut service. I had a good experience overall, however though prepaid, I had to pay extra for the blow dry service at the end. The hairdresser was not clear and continued to blow dry my hair (which I consented to) but not explaining that it was additional and would invite additional charge (which was c.the same as haircut). Having explained the same to the manager in charge, she did give me 50% off on the addnl but I still had to over pay.

Absolutely thrilled with my colour retouch and blow-dry at Splash. Burhan nailed the colour, and the blow-dry was flawless. My hair feels healthy and looks amazing. Highly recommend!

The lady was not speaking English. She has no idea how to use the chair and do the hair washing. My haircut is terrible. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The whole salon was dirty.
